Always remaining positive about images he captures for his, "On the street” fashion and "Evening Hours" society columns, has given his career the longevity and integrity to withstand any trend or look in the fashion world."I am looking for something that has beauty", expresses Bill. Bill captures people's fashion with his heart, not for any political or self-serving agenda. As a stylist and image consultant, I strive to have a nonjudgmental sense of what fashion and style is. They can be found everywhere and in many forms, just like how Bill is great at spotting the good look no matter how conservative or taboo it is. A good look is a look. And a bad look is still a look.
